The Lord's Prayer
or the Holy Grail
translated from the
original language text
Probably the most
important christian biblical passage,
because Jesus was
asked, how shall we pray and
Jesus told them, The
Lord's Prayer. This prayer is
said before most
every meal in christian homes.
TO THE MOST HOLY ONE
O, my Holy Spirit, I
make complete
obeisance to thee!
Restore thy
authority!
Manifest thy
Divinity in this
earthly one, 'til it
shines like thee.
Grant me, right now, the
Spiritual Light I so
need, the one
thing I lack, and
mend my fault
that I may see no
fault in others.
Guide me safely through "The Ordeal", The
Test, that I
may be liberared from The Testor.
For thou art my True
Self --
Majestic,
Splendourous,
Immortal,
Amen (I agree)
The Lord's Prayer
current translation
used today
Our Father who art
in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come thy
will be done,
on earth as it is in
heaven.
Give us this day our
daily bread (food)
and forgive us our
trespasses
as we forgive those
who trespass
against us.
Lead us not into
temptation,
but deliver us from
evil.
For thou art the
Kingdom, the Power and the
Glory for ever.
Amen.

COMPARISON OF
THE TWO VERSIONS:
Our Father who art
in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
O, my Holy Spirit, I
make complete
obeisance to thee!
No mention of sexual
gender or of male fatherness is made, rather
the Holy Spirit is
prayed to. Also one is surrendering complete
obedience to the
Spirit rather than saying its name is revered or
holy or hallowed.
This is a big difference in meaning. The original
version was diluted
in strength.
---
Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in
heaven.
Restore thy
authority!
Manifest thy
Divinity in this
earthly one, 'til it
shines like thee.
Here is a very big
difference between an
earthly kingdom
coming, and the individual person
actually recieving
the Divinity within themselves
till they shine like
Divinity or Heaven. This is a completely
different meaning
because it talks about a personal transformation
where the spirit
begins to rule your world.
Give us this day our
daily bread (food)
and forgive us our
trespasses
as we forgive those
who trespass
against us.
Grant me, right now,
the
Spiritual Light I so
need, the one
thing I lack, and
mend my fault
that I may see no
fault in others.
No mention of food
is made just the Spiritual Light.
Instead of forgive
us our tresspasses we have mend my
fault, so that I can
see no fault in others, which is a
more active doing to
change your wrong versus just
receiving
forgiveness.
---
Lead us not into
temptation,
but deliver us from
evil.
Guide me safely
through "The Ordeal", The
Test, that I may be
liberated from The Testor.
Guide me safely
through the ordeal or temptation, versus lead me
away from it. Evil
or the Evil one is the Testor who puts you
through the Ordeal
to improve you.
---
For thou art the
Kingdom, the Power and the
Glory for ever.
Amen.
For thou art my True
Self --
Majestic,
Splendourous, Immortal,
Amen (I agree)
The current version
does not say that the Holy Spirit is your
True Self rather it
says it is a Being apart from our Self, thus the
dualistic problem of
western thinking.
